@marky_mouse20 Happened the same to me. My guess is you have a skinny wrist and/or work a lot behind a desk. The silicone strap is rather sticky to some surfaces. I noticed that if my loops are around the downward facing place on my wrist, they tend to move to the side while I work a lot behind a desk, because of the slight arm/wrist movements and the stickeyness of the desk surface. I also have a skinny wrist. The muscles and bones makes my wrist not oval, but slightly curved. On a regular day I noticed that my wrist movements caused the loops to move from their original position, probably because they are pushed by the movement of the muscles. However, I found a sweet spot. For me, this is rather on the end of the strap on the left side of my wrist. I wear my watch on my left wrist so that means the loops are pointing slightly outwards on the left side. No idea if this helps you any further but if you don’t have such a “sweet spot” I guess your only option is to get a strap with loops that are not really sticky or sewed onto the straps. Or the velcro type of straps ofcourse. btw… also try to tighten or losen the strap one hole to see if that works.

@frederic Well, in fact your activity wasn’t active, you’ve already “finished” it and saving. Just slightly different, but different. Unfortunately there’s no way to recover those data. That said, you can find a lot of similar threads here too. I’m closing this one to avoid duplicates eg. https://forum.suunto.com/search?term=save loop&in=titlesposts https://forum.suunto.com/topic/4074/saving-exercise?_=1593587919268

@gerbow11 I’ve replied to the other one Closing this as it’s a duplicate. If you search for structured (or complex) workout you’ll find several threads and you’ll discover that it won’t be enabled in SA itself maybe from 3rd parties, but no one know atm.

Before restart the watch, check which app sent you notification. After move to the app, check which app send notification to the watch. Disable/enable only the one who work correctly as Messages, Suunto, Strava… Phone call always bug.

@mff73 thanks for your answer. I don’t remember to enable this option, and I can’t find a way to find this one in the sportmode options. Do you know where is it located exactly so I can check ? But the screen turn off as soon as I hit the button “start” and not after waiting 10sec.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Yes, I read it. I was desperate because after reinstalling my phone and the new Android11 system, I was not able to pair S9 with the phone. I thought the problem may be in the old version. Then I found out that I hadn’t removed the “old phone” from the watch … Is it possible to see the folders in the watch just like in my Garmin Edge 520?

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos humm humm … it was not my problem. the situation was the following : on the beach, I checked the watch both my current position which I marked as a POI and the compass, all was OK I swim I swim I swim On the return when I was able to touch the sand, I press a long time on the central button and activate the navigation to the POI I recorded before What I observed then is the following the compass screen was here with a correct distance to my beach towel but the arrows both for north and target were almost at 180° when I moved my arm on the left or right the arrows were crasy (even not keeping the same direction but becomign a sort of erratic) when I was moving in the direction of my beach towel, the distance was correctly reduced, still the target arrow was almost on the opposite side. In such situation, there is no solution until and unless I stop the exercise – which I do not want – and at that time ask the recalibration of the watch PS : I agree that when I swim and the arm is below the water, then the watch cannot process anymore.

@tanghe-corinne Bonjour, Quel modèle de S9 avez-vous? Il existe un modèle avec capteur barométrique et un modèle sans.
