@matt216 I had the same issue and finally managed to update my S5, by finding the correct setting in Virt Manager. Which virtualization software are you using?

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I understand that. All values can be shown, I just wish the most likely errorneous values are not counted in average. Other solution is to let us “paint” areas of the HR graph in SA and see avg HR from that selection. Just like in Movescount. How old is your watch? Wasn’t S5 released only 2 years ago?

@francesco-pagano there is something wrong with your watch, if I was you I would contact support.

@lombam2 I had/have two S5s and a S5 Peak, which all share the same cable and never had any problems, nor have I read about such here. Perhaps it really is a cable problem, or your charger? I also found, that the loading pins on the S5 collect dirt and other things quite good, perhaps the problem is there? Or it’s really just bad luck. But it certainly is not the product itself.

@rdcritchlow I had a similar situation with 9baro, the battery was completely discharged in 10 hours. The discharge did not depend on activities, heart rate measurements or anything else. During diagnostics, a local unofficial service revealed a faulty charge or battery controller (I don’t remember exactly what it was) (the warranty on the watch had expired at that time). After replacing this element, the discharge returned to normal.

@brnfox The calculations for relative effort or calories are based off of HR zones, which if different will change relative effort. In addition, Strava eliminates what the app thinks are pauses so in my experience the two relative efforts (watch and Strava) are close but never identical. And secondly, yes, Strava does not have different HR values for cycling and running so this will be an issue.

@suunto-5 This should not happen, how new is the watch? I would perform a soft reset and see if it repeats.
