@zhang965 pppp even. It’ll be so awesome that we can skip ppp altogether. The problem with backlight being always on is how bright it is. I used standby with no rise to wake in S5 which worked well. But I had to switch rise to wake each time before and after a workout, not something that I enjoyed. Also, in S5 when having standby on and rise to wake on, it engaged dim standby light outside the workout and full backlight during the workout. Which was bonkers.

@zhang965 Or maybe it should ask to put it on your ankle I guess it has something to do with front/back movement(swinging)

@Egika I see. How can man get in and became a field tester? I would love to join to supporting Suunto by this way, since I’m using their products in a daily basis. But anyway, thanks, for escalated this issue and helped me too.

@gcelian said in Personnalisation écran Suunto 9 Peak pro: Bonjour. Est-il possible de modifier et d’importer un fond d’écran différent de ceux qui existent déjà sur la montre? Désolé si le sujet a déjà été traité. Merci d’avance. Celian Pour l’instant, non, ce n’est pas possible.

@Brad_Olwin I don’t think its about whether we agree or not, but where the general market is. And I guess the only way one can establish traction on whether a data-heavy, questionable accuracy (Garmin) vs a data-lite (Suunto) approach works is through the bottom-line. Curious how it evolves - interesting times indeed!

@Mff73 This has been mentioned by the testers as well. I imagine it is not high on the priority list.

The watch will autocalibrate in all screens that use gps. For for example if you enter the activity pre start screen it will start a trigger asking for gps based altitude calibration.

@renton82 You can even select Power as a graph, it works well.

@renton82 It’s also very important that during the “first” run when the watch doesn’t have any past VO2 max data to use as a base that GPS is never lost. So no tunnels, waiting enough before the start that GPS is solidly locked (if you start immediately after it’s found, it coudl be lost for a few seconds afterwards, and that might compromise VO2 max when there’s no data behind), etc.
