@Stefan-Kersting Came here seeing if there was a fix. I’m curious if downgrading to the factory firmware, then upgrading to the current firmware will fix it.

@Mff73 was tryin that all, but failed. I once said yes - I have one account. I never consciously assumed another. However, I must admit that I found an old phone where I have “lost” data and I see a different username there. How? I don’t know. So now, yes, I have one phone that shows me data from several years, and which does not want to sync from the cloud on a new phone. I don’t see them on the app. The new phone only drops “new” data plus some prehistoric data from 2019. I don’t see the point in it, but I’d love to somehow import the data I see on my old phone. When I paired my watch with the old app, it took data from the watch without any problem. But when I go back to my new phone with my watch, all I see is this new thing. Applications are updated. But there are actually two usernames, and worse, in the old app, I have a different email address that no longer exists. Maybe the change in username happened when the email was changed?

Today I ran “out and back”. At the end of “out” I stopped for 40 minutes. I paused the activity, to save the battery I switched the battery mode to Tour mode. After the stop I switched the battery mode back to Endurance mode and ran back. All data off the activity is correct: Distance, Times, Elevation profile, Pace etc. But the gps track shows the “out” part only, not the “back” part. My battery estimates in Performance mode ranged from 62h to 90h. I did not charge the watch and had 38% left by the end of the trip. I use Performance unless I need the extra battery and then would use Endurance. Unlikely for me I would need 280h of continuous tracking.

@sartoric samozřejmě že kompresor byl jen zlehka a z dálky vím že je tam membrána. Nicméně nepomohlo nic, dnes běhání na úplné rovině a ukazuje stoupání 360 metrů. Zkusil jsem i úplný reset. Nevíte kolik může stát oprava? Krásné 2 měsíce po záruce… i když evidentně byly pokažené dle údajů z app ještě v záruce.

My own example has gone from poor weather data (extremely localized, but far away) to pretty darn good with the last android app version; which in my case now uses region data. I live in a small village. About 10 km southeast from this place, as the crow flies, lies an even smaller village which in itself is positioned 5 km south of a small town. That tiny ‘sleeper-village’ (population ca 1000) is where Suunto used to retrieve the weather data from. Since my village lies at 96 metres above sea level, the other village at 35 metres, there is a large lake seperating us and they have a high Horst (raised fault block; block mountain) immediately to their east side, the different microclimates often meant a several degrees centigrade difference. Rain, wind, fog etc also diverged all too often. But now, with the weather data pertaining to “Skåne län” [Scania County], I couldn’t be happier. Comparing the screen of my personal weather station with the Suunto Race S is almost spooky! The temperature, the humidity, the air quality… [I should underline that I have a good temperature/humidity sensor encased in a large homebuilt Gill multiple-plate radiation shield]. @MartinZ and if you think 44 is correct and you desperately want to have the watch show this exact value, then just lower the value of your upper Zone 4/lower Zone 5 until the watch shows you 44, as said before. Then your anaerobic threshold HR is messed up, but that’s how the algorithm works.

SUUNTO VERTICAL i am having the same issue for over a week, i cannot end any activity with out doing a soft re-set. as far as i can tell my software is up to date. can anyone help please

@aslysz I have just experienced the exact same problem. I am using a brand new belts so I can’t see that being the problem. I have just bought the suunto belt to replace a wahoo one that was intermittently dropping connection but would reconnect after a few minutes. This seems to be a problem introduced in the last few firmware updates.
