    Tried it today with wet belt and Merino Shirt. No artifacts [image: 1793024574842-1000047395.jpg] Unfortunately my skin doesn’t like Merino too much. Hopefully there will be a way to get good quality with polyester too…

    @Nikita-Eltsov Most of the time it is an electrical contact issue. The tiny charging contacts should be perfectly flat on each other. What I would try: Try cleaning it with a dry cloth because sweat or rain with other impurities could theoretically create a non-conductive layer over the contact/s. Charge on a flat surface which always helps to keep the ear pieces aligned if by any chance there is some “play” inside the charging box.

    @tinten.addi Got it, I just checked out the UK website and it is the old style.They have changed the website in the US and it does not have several of the items that are available in the UK. Having said that, the Run is in stock in the US so… Suunto is so special.

    This would be a good idea because the current offer for cyclists is very poor - e.g. sensors, import and integration of activities from other services and devices.

    @martin720601 The Suunto smartsensor has only 1 bluetooth channel and no Ant+. It will only transmit to 1 device,

    @Ecki-D. To complement, maybe that would help too. When you use the activity you don’t need to have HR wist additionally turned on, OHR starts automatically. The rest was perfectly explained by @Mff73 .

    @Stefano-M64 If I understood it right both models are basically the same. The only difference ist that the plus is MDR certified (and therefor mor expensive) so that you could use the ECG readings in clinical settings. So you are right, the HR2 would be the better alternative for sports

    @talha it started working again with the last update (2.39.20) however due to the subsiquent downgrade it has stopped connecting again. so just waiting for the bug fix release and hopefully i will be up and running ‍️again

    Hey @Audaxjoe thansk for replying I‘m already the owner of different Bands (Color). The M/L size is tight on a 7mm wetsuit and (for me) impossible to wear on a drysuit. Looks Like I have to wait for XL straps

    I used to get chaffed when using a neo for swimming until I read that others aply vaseline maybe give that a try just at the problematik spots.

    @vinc14 Maybe because they have decided it according to market and default size for almost everyone is M. If not, they probably would need inventory for something they might not sold. Just guessing.
