@Tieutieu I got someone to talk quite fast but all I got as a response: we escalated your ticked and wait for feedback from the responsible team. What have they escalated and why I do not know. I told them that the replacement cannot turn on anymore, and resetting with the multifunctional button does not work. So here I am now waiting 5 days to be contacted by mail… What will this mail say except: return the headphones is beyond me 🙂
