    Any experiences?

@Egika nice to hear. Thank you! That’s what I first thought 😊
Then I read this and wondered if the barometer can handle it Bildschirmfoto 2023-05-11 um 15.43.28.png

I think if internal temperature of watch will get too much hot, it can permanently lower battery capacity. Both extreme cold and hot can damage battery, in case of cold, battery usually restore original capacity when returned to normal temperature. In extreme hot environment, capacity can be reduced permanently. This is based on info about batteries in smartphones. Maybe watch battery is different but i don’t think so.

I also wonder if the glue holds up. Also in Smartphones temp around 80deg is enough to soften the adhesive.

@Egika As a Finn I can confirm that at least all the Polar and Suunto watches I have used during the last decades have been thoroughly saunatested, with good results. One exception, the ancient Polar Sport Tester PE 3000 was not waterproof. Yes, I’ve been around the block… Any other users of that watch?
You wouldn’t design a real sport watch in Finland, if it wasn’t saunaproof.
