Suunto+ Loop (pace) issue
-
@smopi did you press the loop button while on the S+ screen?
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel, thank you for your answer. I’m not sure but it’s possible it was on the first screen, not on the S+ screen.
-
@smopi as far as I’m aware, the lap button should add a manual lap when on regular data screens and launch a special action when on S+ screen. However, in case of “Loop” S+, it should be necessary to just add one manual lap to mark the place where laps meet. On other S+ apps you can, for example, skip the workout phase by hitting the lap button.

I did, but possibly not on the S+ screen. I’ll check it next time and let you know if it helps.

@Łukasz-Szmigiel, It seems that the app only works when navigation is enabled in the activity options. Bug or feature?
I don’t know why it would matter, but when I turned off navigation before turning on the activity, the app didn’t work, no matter what screen I was on. -
@smopi meaning that it didn’t work when you disabled the navigation screen (breadcrumbs)? This is strange - I wonder if devs know about it. It may be that the app is using the data from the navigation screen for performance reasons.

No, it didn’t work when navigation was not enabled at all before I started the activity.

Hi, the latest update fixed this problem. The application works properly even after turning off navigation (with GPS turned on, of course).

Do you know if this applies to TrainingPeaks Guides? I’ve tried multiple times to advance an interval by pressing the lap button but it never did.
-
@EzioAuditore no idea, I’ve never used TrainingPeaks.
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel okie, thanks!
