I can’t understand why theres so much anxiety with these updates.

Anyway as a designer I can fully imagine the developer and product team working really hard to deliver the update.

It’s an English language based forum, since it’s the common language used for all the multi-countries “whatever” over the Internet, so English is obviously encouraged.

You can write in any languages, but do not expect the same interaction as you can expect writing in English.

@sartoric my friends, the translation function is automatic, so you don’t have to worry about manually translating each post, and if you don’t like it, ignore it, but avoid starting a controversy, otherwise ask Suunto to open an Italian forum since the watches are there sells all over the world, including Italy

Also, its the rules of this forum, if you don’t want to agree to it, you can go somewhere else, everyone here on this forum is making an effort so that everyone can read everyone.

I understand its not great, and I too would prefer to only speak in french, but you got to recognize that having one unified language helps a lot limiting the fragmentation on the forum, imagine if all the subsections in this forum are duplicated in 3 or 5 language ? or 150 language since Suunto sells all over the world as you said, the engagement on each particular forum is going to be very low, and finding information/people with similar problems will be near impossible since you will have to check every subforums in distinct language

@danklod releasing on Friday is not recommended, as any issue with the update could not be taken care of during the weekend.
So I’d say if possible from a bug hunting standpoint, Thursday should be it.
