      @Juan-Sueiro i have never seen that. Try to call the suunto support. Keep us informed.

          @Antoine Update: based on info from another thread I was able to “recover from an error” by pressing the upper button and the middle one. Although the unit now displays that the installed version is 2.25.66, the suunto app says that the latest update is “downloaded” and ready to be installed.
          not sure how to remove the downloaded update from the watch (a factory reset didn’t do the trick). I guess I will try to uninstall the app from my phone and see what happens.

            @Juan-Sueiro I suffered something similar one month ago when connecting SV to charger. Watch recovers from an unexpected error in a safe (and clean) mode software (previous version).
            After that you can try to upgrade to newer version. I updated software and no problem since then.

            Suunto T3D, Suunto Spartan Trainer, Suunto Spartan Ultra (retired), Suunto 9 Baro (retired), Suunto 9 Peak (retired), Suunto Vertical Titanium Solar, Suunto Race S.

              @jjpaz Hi! thanks for your reply. Yes, now it seems to be on that clean state, and it displays that the version installed in the unit is 2.25.66.
              my suunto app tells that there is a software update available (2.30.26.10641) which was downloaded to the unit, and says to check on the watch to continue updating.
              but on the watch, the “software update” is grayed out, and says that the watch is up to date 😕 so not sure how to move forward with updating it

                    @sartoric Hi! yes, just did a soft reset. same behavior (software update is grayed out although the suunto app says that there is a software package downloaded to the watch). for the record I also reinstalled the suunto app on my iphone.
