Broken Backside in the OHR sensor?

Dear Community, i got my 2. Vertical after 30 working days on service in Finnland. Now my Vertical is only 2 month old. And in the Back in the OHR Sensor there are something like scratches or white lines in the black sensor. Is this a Problem? Should i sent it to finland for Repair?

@GiPFELKiND mine certainly doesn’t look scratched up like that.
I get the feeling that if it wasn’t for bad luck, you’d have no luck at all!

@GiPFELKiND This appears from the user, the scratches would likely be what the watch is placed on. They do not come from the factory this way.

@GiPFELKiND I’m confused. Here you state (https://forum.suunto.com/post/132556) that it’s already the third watch and the second one already had scratches on the back. Or does the third also have scratches?
I think I need a sports mode on the watch to follow your posts and threads

@Brad_Olwin I had this in my first vertikal too. New watch, only water, no shower No soap. Nothing and then this… This is a defect Material from the production. Please tell me what i am do wrong?! I had this in my 1 watch too, but there i had shower, soap. The 2 watch only clear water…

Did you mean iam stupid? I wear it everyday, i didnt wear it while showering, i didnt wear it on poilswimming, only make Sport with this unit. 
With my first vertikal i was swimming, showering, and i had the same sensor looking. With the new one i didnt anything like this… But it looks the same 
I clear it only with water. -

@GiPFELKiND make sure you wear the watch face up not down. The hear rate sensor should touch your skin

@GiPFELKiND No, I am not saying you are stupid. Here is a photo of the back of my S9PP, which I wear a lot and bought when released. The HR is working for me and I am not asking for a refund.

what are you doing with your watch? Perhaps you have hairs on your wrist like steel wool? 
I wear my watch 24/7 since may, not only for sports, also for swimming, playing on the beach in summer, working in the garden… it looks fine… it‘s Not normal that the sensor looks so scratchy -
@GiPFELKiND Does the HR work? You have a warranty on the watch! Rather than spend so much time taking pictures and posting potential problems, wait until there is a problem. If HR is clearly affected or the backing starts peeling, which will affect HR, contact support and get a replacement. My time and that of others trying help folks is limited here.

Let me explain this a bit more; materials like acrylic are susceptible to reactions with alcohol, polycarbonate will craze when they come in contact with acetic acid (vinegar) and acetone will react with polycarbonate, acrylic, PVC. That’s why you never clean a polycarbonate window with most household glass cleaners as it will haze and get small cracks to form into larger cracks.
If I knew the exact composition of the back of the watch I could point you what may be causing this.
As there have been multiple systemic failures of the backs of your watch it is more than likely something with body chemistry and a reaction is the material. I’ve seen diabetic people that produce keotones in high amounts (have that acetone sweet smell to breath) have to switch to metal eyeglass frames as the acrylic eyeglass frames will break down along the ears, temples and nose piece. People that sweat acetic acid will have their armrest on a car door get hazy.
For me, i know to never use DEET on my gear as it will cause any of my polymer gear to soften and melt. Titanium is my preference for watch bodies so I don’t have bio-compatability issues; I can rash with some nickel and copper alloys.
TL:DR in this case it’s pointing to a you not being compatible and will more than likely keep happening. You may have to switch products to prevent the same issues repeating.

@GiPFELKiND it can certainly affect the material.
Acetone is a byproduct of ketosis (shows up in a urine test along with ketone). The following are not compatible with acetone.
PVDF
Polycarbonate
Polysulfone
Cast Acrylic
PVC
CPVCI can’t say for sure what the back cover material is on the Vertical is without Suunto confirming and I’m not going to offer my personal Vertical up for destructive TGA/DSC testing
but from a manufacturing side more than likely Acrylic or Polycarbonate.Either one of these will easily soften in an acetone environment and lead to the back getting scratches and stress cracks.

To debunk the water issue…
I have my SV since it could be ordered. I used it in a lot of watersport sessions (salt and fresh water) and rinsed it everytime after an activity. This is how it looks now:
