So the second time after the latest update my OHR stopped working during the night and I had to reset the watch in the morning. Does anybody else has a similar experience?

OHR stopped working yesterday, but right after nightsleep. Statistics from the night were already a littlebit odd (too short) and later I noticed that OHR was not working anymore. Softreset helped and last night statistics are more accurate also

I have no idea what is going on now. I put the watch on a drawer before going to bed and noticed the display was always on. I noticed the battery was low (8%), put it on the charger, this morning the display was still on. Standby and rise to wake are off. I am staring at the watch now and it’s still on, it never goes off anymore and reboots do not help. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

P.s. I have noticed the same behavior with the Vertical once (same scenario, low battery) and I am seriously thinking about moving to a different brand now.

              @tomasbartko I asked for a few posts above. It’s a known bug.

@robis just to rule out everything - did you check if the Brightness setting is off in the control panel as well?

                  I have:
                  Brightness low
                  Standby off
                  Raise to wake off

@tomasbartko This is specific to the 9PP, the display does not go off and Suunto knows about this. It will reduce battery life some but it will not affect the function of the watch other than some loss of daily battery life.

I noticed that if you go to Settings --> Display and toggle OFF standby, the display stays always ON and the other way around, I had the setting toggled OFF and the display goes black after a few seconds of no movement. Isn’t this counter-intuitive?
haven’t noticed anything strange with battery life but it’s also hard for me to compare: I used the watch only for training before this update, and now I am tracking sleep and 24 hours HR so I have it always on

@Brad_Olwin thanks for the information. The frustration levels rise from time to time as I’m trying to pitch Suunto to friends and family as super cool, but then something pops up, like this.

@robis what I meant is this setting (same on 9PP):

@Stoke80 I have hard reset the watch and still no daily or weekly goal notifications,

Could this be because I have increased my daily goals?

Are the people that are getting the notifications using the standard daily goals?

I’m not sure why this is happening for you, yeah that would be very annoying. I have just updated my watch and all of my custom modes are still there as before

@false same here. One of my profiles got removed too. That’s a pity as it was a hiking profile with plenty of data fields.

@MiniForklift I can confirm this. All custom sport modes are still present for me.

@Łukasz-Szmigiel I don’t know if it’s bad luck or that certain data fields are an issue, but my custom hiking profile survived the firmware update.

@surfboomerang seems more users have this Problem… Missing Custom Sport Mode after the Update. How you can help us with this? Nice that you have all Custom Sport Mode but Like i sayed in some cases the modes are deleted. BTW why we can not save Sport modes IN THE SUUNTO APP?!
