I’ve had my Race since it launched, and every so often it will crash on the activity start screen, where it shows the HR/GPS/Sensor status, and before I push the crown to start. It will then go back to the watch screen, but when I scroll up to the activity menu, several of the sports modes are now missing, and I can just scroll a lot of blank space with a few modes appearing seemingly at random. The only thing that works is a soft reset, after which everything works as intended again, until the next time this happens. Because it seems to happen most frequently with my custom modes, I’ve tried deleting and recreating those, but the crashes always come back. I’ve lost track about whether this has already been reported by someone else, or whether Suunto is supposed to be aware of this, so feel free to direct me to other posts if it has been discussed previously. Otherwise, any help or suggestions would be great!

@logger if a watch crashes as often as you describe it, there may be some fault in the hardware. I think contacting support is your best course of actions.
