Newly purchased Vertical won’t install update

Recently purchased the Vertical approximately a week ago and have been using the watch with no issues. However, the watch is running the 2.25 firmware and I know that there is version 2.33 out there. My app says the update has been downloaded and to continue the update by going to my watch. When I go to settings>general>software update it says my watch is up to date. When I go to About it says I’m running 2.25 still.
Any suggestions?
I’ve talked to support on chat, I’ve uninstalled and installed the iOS app, soft and hard reset my watch but nothing has changed. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi many people reported problems (activity sync not working) with the last update, I guess it was blocked until a new release will be available. -
@Jason-Keltner this is strange. If the app says, the update has been loaded into the watch, it should be available to be installed on the watch…

after seeing the current status, we can probably solve this via PM -
Hopefully those images come through but now my watch doesn’t want to connect to the app. I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off, forgot device and paired again. Not sure what’s going on, I’m a new user to Suunto
