Cannot connect Suunto Vertical to Google Pixel8Pro

Hello,
I bought a Google Pixel8Pro mobile and wanted to connect the Suuntom Vertical to my phone, but was not able. I sent the watch 2 for repair to uunto but they could not help.
Any idea or any other people who faced the same problem?
Bot the handy and vertical have the latest Software update
I am t the monet a little bit desperate buying a new watch does not work and SUUNTO has a very bad customer service -

check that you removed the association in the Vertical connexion menu (remove pairing with previous SA instance).
check that your vertical is well in discovery mode = on
