Bug on the map

Hi,
I have a problem with the map, there are lines that you can see in the photos.
I have tried both soft reset, hard reset, cancel and reinstal the map 3 time. But these lines persist…
Any suggestions/help?

We contacted support and did not get anywhere - apart for suggestions for soft and hard reset, and suggestion to send the watch to service. We also also talked with @pavel-samokha who said they will investigate the issue.

That was end of March/early April and the issue is still present.

But I must say that these lines cut the entire region map.
