After trying every suggested solution on the forum (kill app, reset app, soft reset watch, hard reset watch, numerous times synced) the watch faces still do not sync or become available on the watch. Will Suunto be solving this issue in the next update of the software? I am on iOS (Iphone 15) btw

@JanJ1968 I am having syncing problems on production firmware as well. I reported this issue some time ago and it was supposedly fixed in the last update. However, I still have syncing issues with production firmware. I added more information to the bug report so we will see what happens. I do not think this is affecting very many individuals so it may be difficult to track down. I will keep you posted.

Having this problem. Both watch faces and guides not synching to my Race.

Tried all reset and reload options, even a factory reset (which almost bricked the watch).

Problem only started today when I tried to remove the Christmas watch face and add the NYE watch faces.

@EDUSP I am not sure if I should attempt a firmware downgrade like it is suggested for 9pp.

When I tried a factory reset it went into the looping mode I have seen reported elsewhere. I left it for about an hour and it resolved itself; however, whilst that reset some of the stats (e.g HRV, steps etc.) it didn’t remove the watch faces nor the build up of guides. I am nervous about trying the firmware downgrade after that.

Update: Did the factory reset again and this time it came through ok.

In the meantime, new faces have appeared in the application.I just added them and that was it. But they appeared overnight …

@EDUSP I re install the application in order to appear the watch faces function. Nothing appears. I reset the phone and nothing yet. I’ve got the 9 baro .

@agva3342 9Baro does no support the watch face feature. Only latest model watches.
