Suunto 9PP turns to Service Mode

Hello,
My Suunto 9 Peak Pro stopped working OHR sensor, and I read through community forums to fix it 2 days ago. Found a post to downgrade the software version https://forum.suunto.com/topic/10147/heart-rate-measurement-stops/82 and followed the instructions to check the OTA pkg. I recalled there is only one version 2.39.20 in my watch, which I thought I cleared it. Because I found a new version 2.39.34 starting to download in the Suunto app in the phone at that time.
But the download stopped at 4% and the watch turned to “Service Mode” as like in the picture. I tried pressing upper button for 12 sec as instructed on the screen, but it just came back all the times. It has been 2 days and battery has drained 2-3 times already. I tried connecting computer through SuuntoLink, but in vain.
Does any of you face similar situation? Any suggestions to another button combination to wake it up?

Hav you could fix your problem, either by resuming the downgrade again, or through upgrading to the latest sw version ?
