@JonasLarsson I would appreciate, if there is not too much „Garminification“. I don’t need my sportswatch telling me how I should feel and if it’s ok to train or not. I like the subtle way Suunto does this by offering me tools to support my own decisions and giving me really helpful features like Zonesense.
-
I only wish radar support PLEEEEEEEASE. Also because of no support for zone sense on Karoo…
-
For me i just want a complete running watch with all metrics.
And also have a mp3 player to use my Wing instead of my Aqua.

The option to “opt out” is much appreciated. Today many tech/software companies are all over the place, sometimes lost trying to satisfy customers.

I’d be extremely happy if my vertical had a flash light and no OHR (some more space for a bigger battery),
-
@Luis-Andés-Olmedo And that is the point - no one watch will satisfy everyone! I like having the OHR (which works well enough for me when walking / hiking), meaning I only need the belt when doing serious training. I haven’t found a need for a light any brighter than the watch’s current option either.
My dream is that Suunto wiuld concentrate on fixing the bugs, before launching any new features. I suspect that would please more of the users more of the time! -

Fully agree!!

@Luis-Andés-Olmedo meine Vertical läuft fehlerfrei. Bis auf Zone Sense, das sehe ich nur im Nachhinein.
-
@Sportsfreund the Vertical should show you Zonesense in realtime, assuming it‘s activated in Suunto+ for your workout
-
@ChrisA Zone Sense has never shown the relevant data in real time since its release. There is always a huge time lag in the data. It would be really nice if Suunto could get the data to be shown exactly in real time.

Mine provides real time data - after the initial 10 minute ‘calibration.’ Not sure I’m smart enough to understand it, but it seems to change as I run.
-
@GiPFELKiND as far as I understand it, that’s how it works
. It takes some time to adapt to changes in your system, so if there are quick changes in your system- like short intervals- it “lags” behind (or does not even show them because they’re not even strenuous enough to raise your overall state), because those quick changes take some time to “show up” in the way Zonesense calculates them. For me Zonesense gives me the a very good overall estimation of my workout, while the feelings I get from my body and my heartbeat give me short term information (like running up a hill for a minute or two) about going faster or slow down for the moment.

That is not how the underlying data work. Maybe watch the videos, I do not think the HRV data will ever be instantaneous, The ZS information is very clear that the measurements will not work for short or less than 3 min intervals. I disagree with your blanket statement as ZS works amazingly well for what I do.

Better weather app please!!! More watch face customization !!!

Dreams:
Vertical XL
50mm + (for more solar and display) I like big watches.
Same industrial design which is class leading.
Routable points on watch. -
@JamesB Shut up and take my money
-
I’d go with something similar to 9PP in shape and size (and MIP, of course), but with solar and some updated features related to heart rhythm abnormalities, either via OHR (at night) or via HR belt when it’s in use. Oh, and updated haptics
Small but a nut.
-
@Łukasz-Szmigiel than take the vertical.

I have the same wish as @Łukasz-Szmigiel but Vertical is too big for my small wrist.
-
Having unoffically seen this one we’re discussing, do you think this is a definitive good-bye to MIP displays? Three AMOLED displays in the last three latest releases possibly mean that the Vertical is the last uMIPcorn
we’ll see from the “old” Suunto?
