FRANCE/Rhone-Alpe is impossible to download, but Corse work.

I tried to download Egypt and it was OK yesterday (after more than an hour) .
The problem is not only a matter of size : after that I tried to get Rhône-Alpes map and it failed then I tried Midi-Pyrenées again and it still stopped at the same level.
Corse, Aragon and Auvergne, which are smaler, were successfully downloaded.

I’d certainly appreciate hiking in Egypt but it’s far from home…

What do the logs say?
When can we expect an answer?
If the others don’t have this problem, maybe it’s a hardware problem? if that’s the case, I still have time to send the watch back to amazon to get another one. should I do that?

I can suggest hard reset and FW downgrade. That what I would try to do if I had such issue. But I’m not sure if this helps

I have done that : at the beginning I was in 2.39.20 ; I’ve done a first Hard reset , then back to 2.37.48 , then the 2.39.44 and no change .
Did you get my logs ?
I choose Race model because of the maps and I hike in western Europe, mainly in France as you can guess. Basse Normandie , which is 228 MB, was downloaded but Alpes Cote d’Azur (553 MB) stopped at the beginning. Slovenia (647 MB) failed as well.
