Aqua not seeing music folder
-
The app and aqua device do not see the music folder. The folder and the music in it however are seen by the computer no problem. How did you guys get that offline music to work?
-
I just transferred mp3 files into that folder (and deleted the existing pre-loaded files).
Then I cycled power on the headphones and with a long press on the “-” button I switched to offline music. This in confirmed with a voice message and music starts playing. -
In the app, I can then generate playlists. I assigned a long press on the MFB to switch between playlists which works fine as well.

Are you using aqua headphones? Are you on Android phone? I cannot find the factory .wav except on the app. There are two folders facdata and music that show up with aqua connected as USB storage device and that don’t show up on the app. Put music files in both folders but the songs don’t show up on Suunto app only the preloaded music .wav files. The default .wav music files can’t be seen when the device is configured as a drive. Tech support has been zero help.

@Carlos-Villamar for me music addition has worked just fine.
-
I had added music via computer computer only Mac or windows and it worked, haven’t tested using mobile only.
-
read the manual, default 10 tracks can’t be managed, they’re just hidden, you can’t see them just play them
-
add music files directly to the music folder, tracks directly there only, no subfolfers
-
relax and enjoy life
