Suunto vertical black screen

Hi,
My suunto vertical is down just after my open water training.
Now I get a black screen, it shows me 2 times the hours but return each time in black screen.
I tried to reboot it, reset factory it. No success.Now I want to contact the waranty service ( I bought it 1 year ago) but no response in Chat at the customer support ( suunto.com).
Do you have another way to contact customer support ?

Hi,
I sent the watch to the repair service. It was strange, only set the part number, the invoice and … directly the system ask me to send the watch to the repair service.
I send the watch on friday and get it back the next friday. Button and other things changed.
I’m very satisfied with the repair service.
I’m a little more worried about the life of my watch. -
Good morning, after the repair performed at the Suunto repair center, which took a month to repair, they changed the pressure sensor and reprogrammed, the watch is again exhibiting the same bad behavior. After training, whether in water or running, the screen and buttons freeze. I performed a soft reset and it no longer turns on, leaving the screen black. The battery charge was at 98%. Today I am sending the watch back to the repair center. I cannot wait another month for another repair.

Interesting feedback. Specifying service location with the particular experience would be helpful as well.

@Squirrel I’m sending it from Spain. The repair center is in Slovenia. It’s incredible that, considering our products’ price, customer service is so poor. Chat is impossible. Contacting them by email is another headache. They just tell you they don’t know when it will be repaired, and they’re truly sorry…

@Max-maxilifeguard That’s frustrating. Is it possible to send it to CZ. Service center in Prague seems to have much better track record.
