Check https://www.suunto.com/en-cz/Support/Service-Centers/suunto-service-centers/ and find their contact details. Or create a request online at https://www.suunto.com/en-cz/Support/Repair-services/Online-Service-Request/

            @didier_2_5 i had the same issue after my water training, already sent it to the repair center

              Hi,
              I sent the watch to the repair service. It was strange, only set the part number, the invoice and … directly the system ask me to send the watch to the repair service.
              I send the watch on friday and get it back the next friday. Button and other things changed.
              I’m very satisfied with the repair service.
              I’m a little more worried about the life of my watch.

                Good morning, after the repair performed at the Suunto repair center, which took a month to repair, they changed the pressure sensor and reprogrammed, the watch is again exhibiting the same bad behavior. After training, whether in water or running, the screen and buttons freeze. I performed a soft reset and it no longer turns on, leaving the screen black. The battery charge was at 98%. Today I am sending the watch back to the repair center. I cannot wait another month for another repair.

                  Interesting feedback. Specifying service location with the particular experience would be helpful as well.

                    @Squirrel I’m sending it from Spain. The repair center is in Slovenia. It’s incredible that, considering our products’ price, customer service is so poor. Chat is impossible. Contacting them by email is another headache. They just tell you they don’t know when it will be repaired, and they’re truly sorry…

                      @Max-maxilifeguard That’s frustrating. Is it possible to send it to CZ. Service center in Prague seems to have much better track record. 🤔

                        After the last repair that took a month, they sent me the watch, supposedly repaired, 5 days later the same behavior, I sent it back to the repair center, and again the same stories, it’s been almost 3 weeks, apologizing that they are in high demand for repairs… it’s a shame, I’m tired of waiting

                          @Squirrel Not sure about the track record - I had a warranty repair 2 months ago (in Prague/CZ) - they fixed my SV Ti Solar within 2 days. Now I am claiming another issue and as of last week there were 50+ watches in the queue…
