Suunto did not connect to HR belt

Hi,
Last weekend I used my Suunto Race in a triathlon race, 1st time with that kind of activity. Unfortunately, the watch couldn’t connect to my HR belt for the whole race duration (~7 hrs).
That’s a shame because built-in OHR does not handle well with my hairy forearm
That’s surprising because I do not experience connection issues with this belt. It just works.
What is more surprising, my bike computer (Wahoo Bolt v2) managed to connect to the HR belt during a bike part of the race.
I also tested before the race if the HR belt can successfully be connected to both Suunto Race (BLE) and Wahoo (ANT+). And it worked without issues.Any ideas what could have happened there?
