      Hi
Really like so much about my new Sunnto Run but reviews suggested HR was much better than previous models.
What I see it reads really high - much higher than my max heart rate of 170 (i’m 58) - it seems latest firmware update has not improved at all.
Here is example - I also saw much more stable results on my Garmin FR 55 (more like 140-150 for a run like this)

@zagazoo I have similar problems. Readings are consistent with my Wahoo chest strap most of the time. However, at some points during the run, my measured HR will increase from around 145bpm up to 180bpm with no perceived change of effort and no change reported on chest strap. This might persist for several minutes.

My experience too. I had two watches here, both with the problem to jump up to 170 bpm (+/-) for about 5 minutes in every activity.

I stay with my 9PP and the two Runs are on the way back to Suunto.

I’ve never had (and all my running buddies) any problems with the chest strap in over 5 months apart from the known issues that have been fixed.
