[Bug] Screen turns off during activity at the start of the DND period

I did a late run yesterday. In the middle of the activity the screen turned off, in spite of being in always on mode. From that moment on I had to press a button every time I wanted to turn it on, the gesture didn’t work.
It took me a while to guess that it was due to DND mode starting in the middle of the activity.

@Mennekk Good to know this bug. Will be essential to turn DND off during a night race.
Will check this on the Vertical 2 in a while

in the activity settings you can enable and disable DND during your activity.

This might be an issue limited to Run. On Race S, auto DND does not start during an activity and the watch enters DND only after the activity is finished.

@Egika i can’t find that option on the exercise settings (Suunto Run)

@Mennekk I guess you’re right. afaik the only way to disable DND during activity is to switch to watch mode and to access the control panel

In my last training sessions this problem has come up, and I don’t know why. I haven’t changed or configured anything, and suddenly this started happening. When I try it at home while standing still, there’s no issue, but when I go out running in free mode, the screen doesn’t turn on when I move my arm. I can’t find the reason or the solution.
