Ressources - what factors are impacting it?
-
How long do you have your watch? I have in the morning 60% in similair cases.
Like yesterday: I started at 99%, went to work and had at 16:00 60%. Then I did a 1 h+ run in the snow with my heartrate a bit to high and hungry. Resources went to 30%. Then I had an informal meeting with friends and it went up to 44%. It kept stable when I did some chores. Then I went to go to sleep. 99% this morning
First few weeks this didn’t happen.

@amko34 I have the Vertical 1 and my recourses are everyday 99% no matter what I do. It has been so since they launched the watch. At least for me. I wish they hade same metrics as Vertical 2 for recourses and sleep stages.

@Horizontal_2
great to hear. So it should align over time? -
@Horizontal_2
my Resources only get up in the night at sleep not at daytime -
Yes, at least in my case it aligned over time.
My resources also get up by day if I relax. Not sure if that’s good measurement, though
-
@Horizontal_2 i think it is also very important to set a correct resting heart rate in the watch
-
@Horizontal_2 I have it since 7 Weeks… so I assume it should be calibrated?

@GiPFELKiND said in Ressources - what factors are impacting it?:
to set a correct resting heart rate in the watch
should this not be calculated ?
-
@vinc14 nope. Like the HR zones, nothing is automatically adjusted for you by Suunto. So you have complete control over those things…

resting heart rate
is not the same then resting heart beat?!
