UK Service Centre - awful experience

Sent my Race back for repair mid-November (screen burn). No communications from Suunto as to it’s status or whereabouts. On the service page, it has said “In Repair” for nearly 2 months. I started getting fed up and started chat with agents - not one can tell me what’s happening with my watch. I’m extremely frustrated and will likely move from Suunto after years of being a loyal customer when it eventually returns.

@Steven-Limmer have you closely followed the instructions, attached the return label etc.? I live in Hungary, I had to send it to Poland for repair, got it replaced in less than a week
