@isazi ok thanks this explains all !
-
@Tieutieu erm. That’s what I wrote above…
-
@Эгика After the workout was completed, the measurement was taken, but this item is not available in the app. You have four windows in the heart rate section, and I have three.
-
@Egika my bad…
I sometimes read to fast I guess…
-
@isazi okay. And how WE do the test while exercise? Suunto says we can measure it at the end AND while Training?! Did not see how we do it while Training
-
-
@isazi i wonder how it works with the pause? What if it is paused for 10s or so and then ended? What happens? Does it start from 50s? Or does it start from 60s? (In that case scewing the result)
-
@aiv4r indeed you need to end the activity immediately for the best results

Just add the data field to your activity screen

@Egika yes, thank you. I mean the Test…

The “test” is happening after the workout and yields a statement of how well your HR is recovering after the workout has ended.
During a (intervall) workout, you can add the HR gradient as a data field and follow your HR changes on the watch. I would not call this a “test”. It is just a data field. Maybe check Janne’s video for explanation: https://youtu.be/Jh0gD05DngU?si=7ukcDkHH4TmXEMHI&t=370
