Why can’t Suunto Run 1 sync an Interval Workout from the Suunto app to the watch?
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

@Speed-Man Hi, I have the same issue. I’ve posted about this today. Hope this is just a software issue and they’ll be able to resolve this soon.

@boxwex Yes it is…I’ve been using them daily since January…what’s not compatible is sync from outside platforms like Runna or TP. Something was broke with latest update. Is not working for me either.

Please help fix this issue. Users here in my country are complaining about it everywhere.
The heart rate and GPS accuracy in the new software are already very impressive. This is the only thing missing. If you could fix this issue, it would make the experience feel much more focused and complete.

Un saludo a todos. Me ocurre lo mismo. Reporté el problema al servicio de asistencia de Suunto. Espero que no tarden en arreglarlo. Todo apunta a un bug de sincronización. Espero que nos actualicen el firmaware con el parche adecuado. ¿Le pasa a todo el mundo? Gracias.

Hi everyone, I have the same problem. The “interval training” function was working fine until the last update. I’ve tried every possible solution on both the app and the watch, but without success. I hope Suunto steps in quickly to resolve the issue for all its customers.

I got a reply from the Suunto support with step by step instructions on how to fix the issue:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Suunto App to ensure that you have a fresh installation.
- Alternatively, clear the Suunto App cache through your phone’s app settings.
- Please also remove all training plans currently saved in the Suunto App.
- After completing the above steps, reopen the app and download the training plans again.
In my case, after re-creating a structured interval workout and syncing the watch, I had to close the Suunto app, re-open it and sync again for the workout to appear in my watch.
