      I’ve been using the Race 2 for the past 3 weeks. I’m going on a trip so last night I set it to charge even though it was only at something like 24%. This morning I noticed it was only up to 34%. I have done several soft resets and tried charging it from various outlets. After one reset it went up to 37% but since then no matter what I do it’s stuck at 32-33%. I was going to do a hard reset but the menu option is grayed out if the battery is under 40%. I’m honestly at a loss here and very disappointed.

      Also the last week or so I’ve had to unpair and reconnect to the Smart HR Belt 2. Last night it wouldn’t pair at all. Honestly not sure if this is a watch or HR strap issue, but they’re both only 3 weeks old and I’d be equally frustrated and disappointed in either case.

        @Matthew-Stevenson Hi, try charging the watch all the way to 0% until it turns off by itself and then charge it. If that doesn’t help, file a complaint.

          @Matthew-Stevenson So far I have only heard of this effect with USB adaptors that have issues with low power consumption.
          Some don’t start up and some power banks switch off of the drawn power is too low.
          Best thing to try is a computer USB port.
          Have you done this? Also make sure you have a good connection to the charging pod and clean all contacts.

            @Egika
            I have tried three different adapters, no joy. I have cleaned the contacts. No joy.
