Can't download maps
-
Ive bought myself a Suunto Nautic,
Installed the thing, did the update to the latest software.
All good so far.But whatever I do, the Nautic won’t start the map download.
Did a factory reset, cleared all the app cache. Removed, rebooted and reinstalled the app.Whenever I press on a map download button (download to watch)
Nothing happens on the nautic and the app displays the text ‘waiting for download’Tried different WiFi networks, I’m out of idea’s.
Havent even made a dive yet and already disappointed. -
@Henri-Nagelhout there is a problem with Suunto’s servers and map downloading does not work.

Fixed via cloud updates than you for the report.
-
Confirmed, download / delete works again.
Thank you. -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I can confirm for Vertical 2 as well.

@johann.fuehrer yes

It’s working for me as well.
So it was an unfortunate coincidence, I get me a new nautic during a server outage. Why am I never this lucky in the lottery

Hi sorry to pick up this topic again. Honestly I am a bit confused.
I’m a newbie to the Sunnto Nautic. I struggle with downloading the offline maps. I’ve read already several forum entries about having a stable network connection and plugging the Nautic to a charger. I’ve tried now multiple wifi networks without any success. Either I get no connection or I get a super slow connection which stops after a couple percent. I’m aware I have to use a 2.4 GHz network, so wifi networks are stable working with any other device. I’ve also updated to the latest firmware update of the Nautic, but still I’m not getting downloaded any map. So any hints that would be very welcome.Hi sorry to pick up this topic again. @Zuul84 Have you connected the power usb cord? If not, quite sure, that’s the issue…
