Fitness 3: No data track of sports activities

Hello! Anybody can help with my Fitness 3? I have just got exchanged my watch from Suunto (because of a mechanic damage of my old one). I train on simple amateur level various sport acitivites. My new watch only saves data coincidently in the logbook. Sometimes it registers biking, sometimes not. It tracks data during training, but the data disappear during saving. Recently I have lost data from swimming and squash. There is irregular saving in the training overview. - My software is fully updated. What to do, pls.? My old watch registered perfectly and reliably.

For me it sounds like a problem with the software of the new watch. I don’t have any experience with a Fitness 3, but things are similar to all other models.
You only have problems with the storage in the watch, not in the app?
If I read it correctly the watch doesn’t store the activities you make, right?
And software is updated to the latest version? -
For me it looks like more that data is not being synced to app, as mentioned that data is visible only in logbook.

Thank you, I try again: My question is about data in the watch. I do not use the app (have previously done and discovered that I don´t really need and want the app). Correct understood, jthomi, I have storage problems in the watch.
Sometimes it registers my acitivities correctlt, sometimes with 00:00 and 0 cal, sometimes not at all. Sometimes the correct spent time is transferred to the training tracking (even when the logbook says 00:00), sometimes nothing is transferred. I don´t get the logic of the errors. And as I said, I have used my previous Fitness 3 for activity tracking without any problems.
Yes, the software is the latest version 2.5.18. - Whom to ask for solving this problem? -

Hi we just released an update that should fix part of these problems (if not all)
