did you set your body metrics correct? Rest HR for example…

you can also try to use the search function as most of the topics have already been discussed 😉

@TELE-HO thanks for reply télé ho. I have my resting hr at 60. My max is 178.
I read back at some post from the link you sent. Thanks
It seems some are having same problem as me.
One suggested never taking watch off for sleep etc. I leave my one on all time. Unless off for charging
Hopefully I can find problem. It would be a useful tool to have

one thing is important of course, but I assume you know this: you need to have 24/7 HR enabled.

I’ve stopped using it as I feel very precicely how much effort is possible with the next activity and when I’m relaxed or stressed.
But it’s interesting to see what the watch says, no question 👍

@TELE-HO thanks again for reply. Yes I have my wrist hr always on. But still this problem.
Treated myself to this suunto9baro. But on all honesty it’s been a slightly frustrating watch. I am bit disappointed.
I had the ambit and get an ambit3 peak. Which was an absolute joy to use. No frustration at all.
Not sure if I am expecting to much. Or if the s9b is not quite there.
I would like to find the solution to this resource problem. It would be interesting to see my body state. But I am still likely to ignore if I want to do exercise. But if suunto make available I should be able to read. I feel like having a great big aaaarrrgggghhhh at moment 😂
Maybe I dig my ambit3 back out.

but A3PS does not have this feature either 😉
you can also try a soft reset or how i call it restart of the watch with 12seconds press on upper button

@TELE-HO haha mate i réalise ambit3 not have. But if not there. I do not have frustration of it not working 😂 does that make any sense.
I will try the soft reset. I think it will also wipe my steps etc off watch. But no big deal. Worth a try
Thanks for replying again. It’s much appreciated.
Hopefully I can find a solution and let you know
                Enjoy your weekend

                    Hi all
Even after hard reset, my resources either says active or stressed. And slowly works down to 0%.
I am now starting to believe this feature does not even work. Can anyone help. I am very confused
                    Thanks

Do you all have this problem, suunto say they have had no feedback from others saying they have a problem?

How long do you have the watch and how many exercises did you made?

                          @jthomi hi
I have had watch for a couple of months. But was only able to do update before Xmas. I counted back moves this year. It has been 9 so far.

@lost_today When you update the watch will reset the resources and you will need to start again. I do not have any issues with resources on either my S5 or S9.

                              @Brad_Olwin hi
Thanks for reply. I am having real problems with it. Tried many things. Thinking I might have an issue with faulty watch.
Every time I click back to main watch face. There is a quick flash where screen disappears then comes back.
And sometimes the watch will light up. Without me touching screen or pressing button

@lost_today OK that seems not appropriate. I would try a hard reset and if that does not work submit a support ticket. OK, I saw you did a hard reset, just checking this was via Suuntolink and not a reboot of the watch.

@Brad_Olwin yeah it was a hard reset on suunto link I did today.
It fixed my fitness level problems
But not my resources and that screen glitch.
                                  Thanks again for replying
I think I will phone suunto tomorrow
I loved my ambit3p. ( my girl use to say I loved it more than her 😂)And was hoping to love this one even more. But seem to be struggling a bit with it

                                      Hi all.
Today I am a happy man 😃. Seems after my second hard reset. My resources page seems like it is working. ( hope I not spoke to soon). Great to have all working properly (only glitch is the screen flash when I return to clock screen).
I am now starting to fall in love with my S9B TiT 😆.
Hopefully all continues to work well.
Thanks for everyone’s help , it’s much appreciated

Hi I am still having some trouble with resources screen. It’s still normally at zero. Does not matter if I have been exercising a lot or a little. I am usually on my feet all day. My max hr is set at 178. And I have tried a rest hr of 57, 67 and 70. But still rss screen mainly at 0. Can anyone give any advice please? Also unfortunately my pc is broken and been unable to do suunto plus update. As I can not visit any friends to use their s at moment
                                        Any help much appreciated

That’s your problem right there. Being on your feet all day means elevated HR, even if just a little. And any elevated HR would take away from your body resources.
