@lee22 You can set this when exercising under intensity zones in the exercise set up screen, when you are above or below the specified HR zone you will get an alarm. This is clearly stated in the manual as well. I find the S3 is fine in sunlight, the backlight indoors is not ideal.

@brad_ol I see. Pity this function only works in training mode, not permanently during a day.

Is it possible to find the average heart rate value during past week in the app? I mean not only training but all days long.

@lee22 you need to activate daily HR, and then you will see in the watch (last 12h) and on SA

@suzzlo As I understand I can only see daily HR. But I cannot see a week (or month) HR graph. This option in the app could have been rather handy.

@lee22 I don’t own a S3, but the Spartan is able to display last 12h and sync HR data with the SA app.
In the app, then select any day in the calendar and “daily” information will be show (Steps, Calories, Resources, HR…)

@lee22 what you can do instead, is see your average sleep at night/week/month as a graph. While it is not exactly what you’re asking for, it still is very helpful if it is your recovery or fitness progress you’re looking for.
But yes, unfortunately, most trends in SA are only for a single day.

@dmytro yes it’s somehow odd that you may have week, month (and even a year!) sleep graph, but can’t have the same for HR.

@lee22 oh, I’m sorry, I meant average HR while you sleep.
                        Better than nothing, eh?

@dmytro agree, better than nothing. But seems not much logical). As for me, I don’t like to sleep wearing watches, it bothers me.
