SuuntoPlus Guide target

Hi everyone!
I have a suggestion for SuuntoPlus Guide where I wanted to create interval training. This feature is available on Garmin and I think it is easy to implement to Suunto.
When creating high intensity interval training, I want to be able to set not only time and distance (or lap press) for automatic interval switching. It would be nice to be able to set HR zone as a trigger to end interval.
For example, I want to jump rope untill I reach zone 5, and than watch should switch the target to zone 1 or 2, after reaching that zone target is again zone 5.
Can it be done somehow as it is really usefull?Thank you in advance!

The underlying architecture of SuuntoPlus Guides has the concept of a step transition condition but HR target or HR zone target are not listed in the docs as supported conditions. Distance, duration, manual lap press and route completion are available as conditions and I can’t see it being hugely complex for the developers to extend the system to support HR target or zone (or pace or power target or zone, for that matter) but it’s not there at the moment. Separately, support would then also need adding to the app to allow you to create workouts with these conditions for transition.
Given some other requests for improvements to guides have been pending progress for some time I’m not sure you should hold out much hope for improvements any time soon.

@far-blue thanks for the reply, maybe they will consider this feature in the future, it can be usefull, and shouldn’t be that difficult to implement I think…
Maybe @Raimo-Järvi knows it there are some plans for that option.
