Unable to connect / sync vertical with suunto app since last update

Received few minutes ago from Suunto Support by email (15May 24):
"This issue should be resolved within this month.
I apologize for the hassle caused and I appreciate your attention to this matter. We have received multiple feedback regarding the Suunto app." -
I need a couple volunteers who experience the issue now, please contact me in DM

I had the issue, but intermittently.
Unfortunately (or luckily ) the latest activities sync flawlessly -

You can click on user name, then you view the user profile. If you click on the three dots there you can choose ‚start chat with‘ and then you can write a personal message.

Just finished 1,5h bike ride, and needed to reboot watch and repair bt to get the sync. -

i didn’t say that the problem is a fake one, i used this analogy to express myself (maybe wrongly) that i am ready to test any testing FW (so not a placebo ok), but as a bug-free user and help validating that this testing FW doesn’t create side effects.
placebo may not be the right word, as theorically it would have been like testing a “fake” FW and see if issue is still there for people who already have issues.
Sorry for the wrong funny words i used.PS : i installed yesterday this testing FW on my watch, and i don’t experience new issues than before for now.

With all due caution, after today’s workout with vertical my mood is very positive, so I don‘t think you have to worry about that 🥳
