So my watch updates to the latest 2.33.16 update automatically two days ago. An update meant to fix the sync issues. Though my sync issues had actually stopped magically a few weeks ago. Yesterday it synced as normal. Today after a run I noticed that my watch wasn’t paired to the app anymore. It took five tried to pair it again. The watch itself is amazing. But it’s getting really frustrating that for every update it gets less and less reliable. And suunto support told me that the previous sync issue had affected nearly every user. It that’s the case then a software rollback should be the only option

@Niclas-Brundell the previous sync issue did not affect all users but just a percentage of them, in fact even in the forum most users did not have the issue (me included). In case your watch is still having issues after the update, notify support because something may be wrong with your watch. Or you just have another kind of issue.

Anyway when you have issues pairing, instead of starting the process over and over again, first reboot both your watch and your phone, as there may be something stuck in the Bluetooth stack.
