Vertical solar clock does not turn on

Good afternoon!
The problem is this: the clock malfunctioned and did not respond to the pressures on June 12. I pressed and held the top key and they turned off. But then they didn’t turn on at all. I arrived home 6-8 hours later, connected it to the charger, but they didn’t turn on either. After 2-3 hours, they turned on, showed a charge of 75%. We worked until last night and malfunctioned again. Turned it off in the same way, with a long press on the top button. But they didn’t turn on again. We stood on the charger all night, but never turned on. I don’t understand why this is happening.The watch has the latest version of the software.
Please help me find the problem.

@Владислав-Мур sounds like a defect. The watch should reboot by holding the upper right button. Not shut down.
Do you feel any feedback click on the button? Could it be stuck? -

Do you feel any feedback click on the button? Could it be stuck?No reviews. As long as you press the top button, nothing happens, they don’t turn on at all.
I put them in the freezer for a couple of hours, they turned on, but hung up. When connected to power, they react. The time is also correct, but there is no reaction to either the button or the screen. I pressed the top button again and they turned off and didn’t turn on again.

Just contact support, maybe you’ve a defective unit or battery

@Владислав-Мур Support can create a request to the service center and indicate its mailing address. You will have to send the watch to service yourself. I’m from Kazakhstan and it worked for me, although there was no SV support in Kazakhstan. I sent at my own expense to Hong Kong. The service sent the watch back by DHL. DHL delivery needs to be clarified; it may not work in Russia.
