It usually shows a belt over the heart, so I know it is now connected with the belt. Today it doesn’t show up anymore and I am very confused, I tried to moisten it, reconnect it, still doesn’t show up. However, I take of my watch and put it aside, I do some sport to boost my heart rate, the number showing on the watch is increasing. So it is still connected, but just not showing any visual indication.

Is this some bug or firmware update?

@Kai-Liu have you installed the latest firmware released today? Soft reset the watch?

@Kai-Liu I have not seen this issue. Check HR belt battery and BT connection. Then if those are good try a watch restart
