      Sen my vertical back under warrenty, they received it and told me they were going to send a replacment. The same day they told me that the online status updated to ‘delivered’ which was obviously impossible as they hadn’t sent the watch yet. Now for a week I’ve been trying to get in contact with them to find out what’s going on, They don’t answer emails, there seems to be no phone number and live chat is a waste of time. Frustrating

        Well there’s a coincidence, 2mins after I post that I get a reply from Suunto. He sent me the tracking number that I was told didn’t exist and it seems it’s on its way to me, not lost like I had been told and not delivered already like their website says. It seems they need to sort out their live chat support.
        It would be really nice to be able to call someone, I sometimes get the feeling I’m talking to a Ai bot when using live chats

          @bikedocben I want to return my Race S. Supprt gave me link to a site where I should create my return label. Too bad this is not possible. I get an error message, that creating return labels is not possible currently. I think they have some issues with their systems currently.

          EDIT: Just tried it again, today it works 😉
