App Not Functioning At All

 After using the Suunto app for a year, today I find that is not functioning. When I open the app I am being asked to accept their terms and conditions but I am unable to do so as the acceptance box is “greyed out.” The health data and location data toggles are also greyed out, so I am also unable to accept them. Any idea what I can do to resolve the problem? Screenshots are attached for information. Thanks
