No Vibration on Guided workouts

Hi all,
I have been having this issue for about 3 weeks: during workouts there is no vibration at all. not for the guided workout itself or navigation.
I have do not disturb off and the vibration is fully on (even with the buttons, which is quite annoying, but I was just really trying to make it work). I also did the soft reset 12 min thing and even a hard reset (update software reset etc).
Am i missing something? please help!
