Sleeping data Not logged anymore

Good Morning Since three days my Vertikal does not log the sleeping data, Heart rates an O2-data. I did a restart of the watch without success. And ideas? Regards

@manno02 do your watch are connected to the app. i had the same Problem and had to reboot the phone.

Thanks for the Hint, I tried it but didnt help. There is a coincidence in updating my iPhone 16pro to 18.2 three days ago, so I think it is a Software Problem that has to be fixed by suunto

I tested it during the day, it seems to be a Problem of the watch because the dialogue says it is activated but it also says that there is no Recording of sleep data available. I will contact suunto

@manno02 also other watches seems to have the same/similar problem after the recent update (particularly S9PP, as you can see in the forum), so also in your case it could be related to the new FW. I’m just guessing

Same here. After update to latest FW on Suunto Race it has stopped logging sleep.

with the latest FW, my Race regularly records sleep, it could be a problem with the SA and Android/iOS versions

I deaktivated the sleeplogging yesterday, mad a restart of the watch and the reacticated the function, that was successful, nie it works again

I use the sleep tracking and HRV every night but I turn the 24/7 HR off during the day. It would be great if we were still able to see the sleep information/stats when the optical HR has been disabled
FWIW I have no issues with sleep data since the latest update
