Importing POIs — Any Better Solution?
-
I have been trying for quite some time to import POIs (Points of Interest) to the watch. It’s quite strange that importing routes—such as from Point A to Point B—is very straightforward, while importing just a single point (Point A) appears to be impossible.
Saving a POI directly on the spot works fine, but what if someone wants to import 50 POIs at once?
I’ve tried using KML and GPX files, but there seems to be no option for bulk import of POIs.
So far, the only method I’ve found—although it only works when entering POIs one by one—is to create a random POI through the Suunto app or desktop platform and then manually edit it by entering the correct coordinates.
Anyone Found a Way to Import Multiple POIs to Suunto?

@PsaRasmus-G No answer to your question but I’ve found adding waypoints to an existing route also tricky, one wrong finger press & the route is suddenly changed (in my case adding waypoints to a 100 mile race resulted in the overall route becoming a 190 mile out & back, glad i noticed before hitting save).
I really love the app but things such as this would be much easier with a laptop & a mouse…
