connection to power meter

I have lost the ability to connect my quark power meter to my watch recently within the cycling power app. I can unpair and pair the power meter but when I try to start a ride it does not connect. battery in power meter fine and this just began within the last week. I also tried a soft reset no help. - today is September 8

@David-Anderson-0 before you hit start for the workout, do you see the sensor under “Sensor data”? And if you select the sensor there, do you have the option to “Connect”?
