Software Update 2.44.52 (2025 Q3 - HOTFIX)

Hi,
Has anyone experiences that time to time all the routes disappear from watch and says: Sync with Suunto app.
I checked and there are routes in the Suunto app, sat to be synced to the watch. But dispite those are not on the watch.
If I force a sync, routes appear again, but after a nondeterministic time disappear again.

Have you received any feedback from the repair team regarding your Suunto Vertical? Are they aware of the battery issues that many users seem to be experiencing?

I have noticed an issue on my Vertical solar since one of latest firmware update (donât remember exactly if it occurs since 2.44.52 or even 2.44.46). It is about solar widget which doesnât update last 7 days graph correctly. Bars show minimum harvesting level although solar harvesting is good through the day. The last 3 hours graph is OK, only the last 7 days graph is wrong.
Has anybody else noticed this issue?

it refreshes on soft reset tough -
@sartoric It used to work for me even if I noticed it requires a lot of hours of sun harvesting per day to increase the bars of the last 7 days graph.

A hard reset seemed to have solved my issue with the watch turning off during the night (at the expense of loosing all customization, HRV data and spending hours re-adjusting all the parameters buried in tens of various submenus,seriously, it took me 10 minutes to find the ârunning pace zonesâ) -
Is there a way to prevent custom sport modes from disappearing after every new software update (Race S) ? The last update was the fourth time this has happened, and I have to configure everything again each time.

or maybe is the sleep quality that affects the HRV? likely they affect each other âŚ

Well, HRV indicates, among other things, that you had a bad nightâs sleep for some reason. These numbers donât come from a random number generator.
