No lactat threshold for me… V2 since 5 weeks, more than 3 outdoor runs (trail running, individual sports mode)… the widget tells metro do more than 3 running activities… perhaps it’s not possible with trail running?

@GiPFELKiND do you have a VO2max value? This is needed.
Are you on the latest FW version?
Wich sport mode are you using?
How much time do you run in HR zones 4 and 5? -
@Egika hey yes i have Vo2max value shown
️ i do Trailrunning with custom Sports mode everytime. Could this be the reason why no Lactat treshhold is shown? Yes and latest Firmware -

@Egika is this important for gaining the threshold? Actually it is winter and I try to do more time in zone 3
but I had some runs with zone 4 and 5… but the more time in zone 2 or 3 -
@Egika yes i do Intervalls in zone 4 +5. For Sure.
Dont know HOW MUCH time i spent there. Iam in Zone 4 and 5 . -

Anyway. As it is important to spend sufficient time in zones 4 and 5 for the data, we can stop the discussion here if you cannot specify the times (it is easy to see in Suunto App activity details).
