Recurring activity crashes and freezes

Hello,
I am reaching out to report a recurring stability issue on my Suunto Race S during cycling activities. I have just sent the diagnostic logs via the Suunto app.
Here is the exact timeline of the issues:
Incident 1 (22/05/2026): I was on a 83 km cycling ride (approx. 3h12 duration) with route navigation active. Around 3 km before the end, the watch suddenly stopped and saved the activity on its own. Following the sync, the data on the Suunto app is incomplete.
Incident 2 (18/05/2026): During a standard cycling activity (without navigation), the watch completely froze mid-ride. I was forced to restart the watch manually and had to start a brand-new activity a few kilometers later to record the rest of my ride. The activity was short, just 8 km
