Duplicate climb guidance notifications (CG & CG2)

When I’m following a route I always get duplicate climb guidance notifications, the first being the new format CG2 type but shortly after I get a second notification in the original CG format, this happens all the time regardless of where the route was created.
Is there a way to disable the old type notifications ?
(I assume it should have happened when CG2 installed in whatever software release it arrived with)

I own a Race and didn’t meet such a problem, the CG2 worked fine for me.

@Stefano-M64 Just to clarify, CG2 itself seems to work fine, its just the pop up notification for an upcoming red climb or green descent that are doubled up in the new then old format a few seconds apart.
