Suunto Spark - left earpiece is not charging

Hello, I have an issue with the left earpiece - from time to time it is not charging while inside the case.
While in the case, the battery of the left earpiece stays at the same level, while the right one is successfully charging. Also, for some reason it drains the case battery, probably, because the case keeps on charging the left earpiece. When the battery in the left earpiece reaching 0%, it starts charging again. After reaching 100% it may work OK, but after some time the issue re-appears.
I already tried to hard reset the headphones, it hasn’t helped. The firmware is updated.
Has anyone encountered similar issue? Any way to fix it?

@Nikita-Eltsov Most of the time it is an electrical contact issue. The tiny charging contacts should be perfectly flat on each other.
What I would try:

Try cleaning it with a dry cloth because sweat or rain with other impurities could theoretically create a non-conductive layer over the contact/s.

Charge on a flat surface which always helps to keep the ear pieces aligned if by any chance there is some “play” inside the charging box.
